After the Xplore phase, we'll create and present a custom gap analysis focused on how StackX can engage with your organization. Our Xchange Phase defines the scope and details the deliverables, timeline and outcomes you can expect packaged in a customized proposal for your consideration.
The Xecute Phase is the heart of the engagements where our professionals get to work and deliver. Throughout our engagement, StackX will provide a dashboard to track progress for every deliverable, campaign, plan or outcome. We believe in frequent, transparent communication to ensure execution is frictionless, on time, and on budget.
Some consultants miraculously disappear after the last hour is consumed or deliverable is complete. That is NOT our approach at StackX. The Xcellerate Phase is focused on customer success and collaboration. We continue to monitor and report on applicable deliverables via quarterly SBRs (StackX Business Review) for as long as you want!
